Its foundational models include Lucy, powering immersive experiences that respond in under 30 milliseconds, and Oasis, built for physical AI and robotics.

Founded in 2023 by alumni of Israel's Unit 8200, Decart combines deep systems-optimization expertise with frontier generative AI research. Radical Ventures led the company's $300M Series B in 2026 at a $4B valuation.
