Arrika He

Arrika He is a Senior Associate of Finance at Radical Ventures where she assists in financial matters relating to Radical's partnerships, limited partners and investments. Prior to Radical, Arrika was at KPMG in the Financial Institutions Audit & Tax practice, handling audit and tax compliance for various financial institutions, including banks and funds. Her responsibilities included auditing and reviewing internal controls, financial statements, tax provisions and tax compliance preparations.

Arrika began her career at Deloitte in the audit practice where she earned her CPA designation. Arrika holds an HBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
