Lauren Morea

Lauren Morea is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where she leads Investor Relations and Capital Formation. She approaches the role as fundamentally relational, building enduring partnerships with the world’s most sophisticated institutional investors, grounded in trust, transparency, and a long-term view.

Prior to joining Radical, Lauren spent her career at the intersection of capital formation and client partnership at some of the industry’s most respected investment firms. At L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused investment firm, she served as Managing Director and Head of Americas Capital Formation, steering fundraising strategy and investor relationships across the firm’s full platform, spanning Buyout, Growth, Private Credit, and Real Estate.

She previously served as Director and Head of Investor Relations at Kohlberg & Company, a pioneer of the middle-market buyout, where she shaped the firm’s approach to capital raising, client service, and co-investment. Earlier, she was the first hire on Marathon Asset Management’s Marketing & Client Service team, serving as a product specialist across private credit strategies and helping the firm launch three new investment vehicles during a period of significant growth. She began her career in Leveraged Finance at J.P. Morgan.

Lauren holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. A lifelong athlete, Lauren traded competitive track & field for tennis and skiing, though keeping up with her two young kids may be the toughest event yet.
